Return of goods and money refund

In accordance with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”, the consumer – an individual has the right to exchange or return the purchased product within 14 days, if it did not suit him for some reason. These exchange rules apply to a non-food product of proper quality, provided that it has not been used and has preserved its appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels, as well as the settlement document (cheque) issued to the consumer at the time of purchase.

According to P.3 of Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”, the consumer is obliged to:

  1. Before starting to use the product, familiarize yourself with the operating rules;
  2. If it is necessary to obtain an explanation of the conditions and rules for the use of the product, contact the seller for clarification;
  3. Use the product in accordance with its intended purpose and comply with the conditions (requirements, norms, rules) established by the manufacturer of the product in the operational documentation;
  4. In order to prevent negative consequences for the consumer regarding the use of the product, follow the manufacturer’s recommendations regarding safety measures and operating rules, and in the absence of such rules in the documentation, follow the safety conditions established for products of this type.

Product replacement or refund is possible only if all measures and procedures are followed. If the reason for the return or replacement was the improper quality of the product, the seller will pay for the return shipment. If the purchased goods were of proper quality, but for some reason the goods did not suit the buyer within 14 days from the moment of receipt, then the return shipment, as well as the remittance of money (cash on delivery), is carried out by the buyer.

In the event of a product return, the refund is made through a non-cash transfer to the buyer’s account details within seven days from the date of receipt of the product by the seller. The check from the transport company or the date of signature on both sides of the return invoice is considered the date of receipt.

You are denied a product replacement or refund if:

  • product, no defects;
  • is not new, i.e. has been used, has traces of use;
  • more than 14 days have passed since the purchase of the product;
  • when checking the quality of the product, signs of third-party intervention were detected or other conditions of warranty service were violated;
    there is no document confirming the fact of the purchase of the product, the complete set of the product.

Terms of return and exchange

Return and exchange of goods is possible within 14 days after receiving the goods by the buyer.

Return delivery of goods is carried out at the expense of the buyer.
